Limiting EMF, Wifi and Cell phone use and proximity.  Turning your cell phone off or in airplane mode and keeping it away from your body is big for healing many things including gut and anxiety issues.  It's been a game changer for us and our clients.  If you can hardwire internet connections, leave the cell phone off and away from your body and make sure any wifi routers are away from your bed can help immensely.

A simple and profound self treatment technique is called NFP (neurofascial process and IMT technique) The way you do this is place your hands on 2 specific areas at a time and leave them touching your body (can also be done through light clothing).  Here are the places to place your hands and leave them touching your body for 15 minutes per contacts:

* one hand on your heart other hand on your forehead and bridge of nose.
* one hand on your heart and other hand on your LIVER (right lower rib cage).
* one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly button.
* one hand on your heart and other hand on your pubic bone (bladder area).

Try it each night as you lie in bed and this can be done if you wake up in the middle of the night as well.

Using Ghee. 
Take 1 tsp first thing in the morning and just before bedtime (then brush teeth) and last thing before bedtime, 
and
